2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a flawless examination experience. However, please note our strict refund policy:

• No Refunds: Once a registration fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including if the student fails to attempt the exam.
• Double Payment: If a user accidentally pays twice for the same student ID due to a technical glitch, the extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days upon verification. Please contact support with transaction IDs.
• Exam Cancellation: In the rare event that SK Challenge cancels an exam permanently without rescheduling, a full refund will be processed to the original payment source.

3. Anti-Cheating & Malpractice

Strict actions will be taken against:

• Switching tabs or minimizing the browser during the exam.
• Using multiple devices or screen mirroring.
• Fake identity or impersonation (Verified via KYC for winners).

Result Withholding: We reserve the right to withhold results or prizes if suspicious activity is detected in the backend logs.

4. Exam Schedule & Rescheduling

We value punctuality but reserve the right to modify schedules for the greater good:

• Notification: Exam dates are announced 60 days in advance.
• Force Majeure: In case of server failure, natural disasters, or technical outages, we reserve the right to reschedule the exam. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled exams; the hall ticket remains valid for the new date.

5. Advertisements & Sponsorships

To keep our platform affordable, we may display educational advertisements.

• Third-Party Ads: We may show ads from colleges, book publishers, or educational tools. These advertisers do not have access to your personal data unless you explicitly click and provide it to them.
• Sponsors: Prize sponsors may be mentioned on certificates or the website. We do not share student data with sponsors without explicit opt-in consent from the student/parent.

All content on this platform, including questions, exam patterns, logos, software code, and study material, is the exclusive property of Devithor Ai Space Private Limited.
