Refund & Cancellation Policy

At skchallenge.com, we are committed to providing a seamless examination experience. However, given the digital nature of our services and the operational costs involved in organizing state-level competitive exams, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy with limited exceptions as detailed below.

1. General Policy: Non-Refundable

Strict No Refund Rule

Once a registration fee is paid for an exam, it is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. This applies even if:

  • The student decides not to participate in the exam.
  • The student fails to login at the scheduled time.
  • The student faces internet/power issues at their end.

2. Exceptions: When do we Refund?

We process refunds ONLY in the following specific technical scenarios:

A. Double Payment / Multiple Deductions

If you have been charged multiple times for the same Student ID due to a payment gateway glitch or technical error:

  • The excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
  • You must intimate us within 48 hours of the transaction with proof (Transaction ID/Screenshot).

B. Exam Cancellation by Company

If Devithor Ai Space Private Limited permanently cancels an exam and does not reschedule it within 90 days, a 100% refund of the registration fee will be processed automatically.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Note: Rescheduling an exam is NOT a ground for a refund.

We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule exams due to:

  • Server maintenance or technical outages.
  • Force Majeure events (Natural disasters, pandemics, government orders).
  • Administrative reasons deemed necessary for fair conduct.

In such cases, your Hall Ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for date changes.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund request is approved by our finance team:

  • The refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking). We cannot transfer refunds to a different account.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting our support team first will be considered a breach of terms. This may result in the permanent suspension of the student's account and barring from future exams conducted by SK Challenge.

6. Requesting a Refund

To report a double payment or technical failure, please contact us immediately:
