Devithor AI Space Private Limited maintains a radical transparency policy regarding financial transactions. Under no circumstances should registration fees, documentation fees, or partnership deposits be paid in **CASH** to any individual, executive, or regional partner. All payments must be processed exclusively through the official verified links provided on our portal or sent via official business channels. The Company holds ZERO liability for any loss arising from unauthorized cash payments.

The only official website for the SKTE registration and AI dashboard activation is **https://skchallenge.com**. Beware of fraudulent portals, duplicate phishing links, or unauthorized clone apps. Always verify the presence of the secure HTTPS lock icon and the valid SSL certificate before submitting any personal identification, KYC data, or processing payments. Digital identity theft through clone sites is the sole responsibility of the user.
01 User Eligibility, Parental Consent & Identity
The Smart Kids Talent Exam (SKTE) is a high-stakes national assessment designed specifically for students aged 6 to 18 years. By initiating the registration process, you affirm that the candidate is a bona fide student of a recognized educational institution. Furthermore, for all candidates classified as minors (under the age of 18), the registration constitutes a formal legal affirmation that explicit, informed consent has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian.
The parent or guardian assumes full legal and financial responsibility for the minor's conduct on the platform, including adherence to proctoring rules and the ethical use of digital course content. Providing fraudulent government identification, misrepresenting academic grades, or submitting falsified school credentials will lead to immediate disqualification from the national merit list and the permanent forfeiture of all registration fees.
02 Registration Fee, Combo Delivery & Non-Refundability
The integrated registration fee of ₹1,800 is an all-inclusive "Service Combo" that encompasses two distinct deliverables: (A) One attempt at the national-level Smart Kids Talent Exam (SKTE) and (B) 180-day access to the premium "AI Mastery & Future-Skill Course Bundle." The Company operates on a "Service-First Delivery" model, where the value is provided immediately upon payment.
Fulfillment & Refund Status:
Upon successful transaction, the student's personal dashboard is instantly activated, and cloud licenses for the AI Learning Modules are assigned. Since digital course access is granted at the point of login, the service is deemed Fully Delivered. Consequently, the registration fee is Strictly Non-Refundable. This policy ensures the financial sustainability of our high-cost server infrastructure and content royalties. Students who miss their scheduled exam slot due to verified technical reasons are protected by our Rescheduling Guarantee, ensuring their educational investment is preserved.
03 Prize Disbursement, Minor Rules & Forensic Audit
Devithor AI Space maintains the highest standards of financial integrity regarding the distribution of rewards. State-level prizes for Rank 1 to 6 are designated to foster local meritocracy, but their disbursement is governed by a rigorous anti-fraud framework. All prize winners are subject to a post-exam validation process overseen by our internal compliance board.
Parental Bank Credit & 45-Day Audit Protocol
Mandatory Parental Banking: In compliance with financial safety regulations for minors, prize money will NEVER be credited to a personal account, wallet, or UPI ID held by a student under 18. Funds are disbursed exclusively to the verified bank account of the registered parent or legal guardian whose name matches the initial KYC submission.
30-45 Business Day Timeline: The disbursement process initiates only after the final merit list is certified and the student's proctoring video has cleared a forensic audit for cheating. The transfer cycle typically takes 30 to 45 working days to ensure all tax compliance (TDS as per Sec 194B) and bank verification checks are completed.
Identity Matching: The student’s Aadhaar and School ID must 100% align with the parent’s government-issued identity documents. Any discrepancies in naming, spelling, or institution details will lead to an immediate hold on the disbursement until manual rectification by the parent.
04 180-Day Educational Lifecycle & Certificate Expiry
The "AI Master Skill Bundle" provided within the registration fee is a dynamic educational asset. To ensure students learn from the most current AI developments and robotics trends, the license for this content is fixed at 180 Days (6 Months) from the date of fee payment. Students are encouraged to maintain consistent learning patterns to complete all modules and Interactive AI Labs within this timeframe.
On the 181st day, the dashboard learning modules and certification links will automatically enter a "Locked" status. No extensions will be granted, and data retrieval for incomplete courses will not be possible, as the platform systematically refreshes to prepare for the upcoming national academic cycle.
