• Schools/Agents: Must provide accurate and verifiable institution details.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Username/Phone & Password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Exam Rules & Conduct

By participating in an exam, you agree to:

• Strict Mode: Adhere to navigation restrictions (e.g., no going back to previous questions if disabled).
• Timing: Submit the exam within the allotted time frame. Auto-submission occurs when the timer ends.
• Proctoring: Allow browser monitoring to detect tab switching or background activity.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments for exam registrations are processed securely via third-party gateways.

• Non-Refundable: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of double payment due to technical error.
• Pricing: We reserve the right to change exam fees at any time. The fee applicable at the time of registration will be charged.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on skchallenge.com, including but not limited to:

• Exam Questions and Solutions
• Study Materials (PDFs, Notes)
• Logos, Graphics, and User Interface

6. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues during an exam.
• Unauthorized access to your data due to your negligence in securing account details.
• Cancellation or rescheduling of exams due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure).

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, specifically for:

• Engaging in exam malpractice.
• Providing false registration information.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's security.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Devithor Ai Space Private Limited and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
